1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("user", "you") and the operator of the RingsFlow platform. By using the service (creating an account, accessing the website or app, uploading content) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service and do not create an account.

2. What RingsFlow is

RingsFlow is a community and creator platform focused on spirituality, personal development, education, creativity and connecting people. Within the service, users may, among other things:

Actually available features may change over time; we do not undertake that every feature described above will be active at any given moment.

3. Eligibility, registration and account

3.1 Age

RingsFlow may be used only by persons who are 18 years of age or older. The service is not intended for children or minors. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use the service. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Why 18+: among other reasons, because of planned dating features, paid creator content and communities with stricter rules. This decision may change in the future.

3.2 Registration

3.3 Suspension for breach

We may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account that violates these Terms or the law (see the moderation section).

4. Your content and licence

You remain the owner of the content you upload to RingsFlow (posts, photos, videos, comments, text). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence needed to operate the service: storage, display, technical processing, back-up and making content available to other users in line with the visibility you choose.

You also represent and warrant that:

The licence ends with respect to content you remove yourself, except for necessary copies in back-ups and cases where the content has been further shared by other users.

5. External content and connected services

RingsFlow may allow users to embed or connect content from third parties, such as TikTok or YouTube ("external content").

You are responsible for your use of connected services (for example connecting a TikTok account); you may disconnect them at any time in your settings.

6. Rings Music and AI-generated content

Through future features RingsFlow may offer music created or licensed by RingsFlow ("Rings Music") and tools that use artificial intelligence (AI).

If a feature is not yet active, this section applies as soon as it is made available.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

On RingsFlow it is prohibited to:

8. Content moderation (DSA)

RingsFlow is a service that hosts user content. In line with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and these Terms, we reserve the right to:

Moderation decisions are made using automated tools and human review. If a decision to remove or restrict content concerns your content or account, you may submit a complaint (appeal) through the contacts in these Terms or the in-service reporting mechanism. We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable time.

When deciding whether content is unlawful, we take into account the freedom of expression and information and the rights of the persons concerned.

9. Notices of illegal content and copyright infringement

The service provides an electronic "Report" mechanism through which anyone may report content they believe to be unlawful or in breach of the rules. Notices of illegal content and complaints may also be sent to legal@ringsflow.com.

If you believe that content on RingsFlow infringes your copyright, please send us:

We will evaluate requests and may remove or disable the disputed content. Knowingly false reports may lead to account restrictions.

10. Rings, communities and roles

Rings are user communities. We distinguish:

The Ring Keeper decides on entry requests, may set ring rules and manage members. The founder of a Ring is responsible for the content and operation of the Ring being in line with these Terms. RingsFlow retains the right to moderate content and accounts within Rings in line with Section 8.

11. Creators, memberships and paid content

RingsFlow is gradually introducing creator features that will allow authors to offer paid content, subscriptions or exclusive memberships (Inner Ring). Once these features are launched we will add concrete rules to this section, including:

Payments are processed through trusted payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store card details on our servers; they are processed by the relevant payment provider under its own terms.

12. Live streaming, calls and recordings

Once features such as live streaming (Live Flow), calls (Ring Rooms) and recordings (Flow Recording) are made available, the following will apply:

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RingsFlow is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example liability for intentional harm, gross negligence or personal injury).

14. Account and service termination

You may close your account at any time in the service settings. We may suspend or close an account if you breach these Terms, the law or if required by regulations. On account closure you may request an export of your data under the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will inform you in advance of material changes (for example by email or in-service notice) and indicate the effective date at the top of these Terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the service; continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the new terms. Material changes will apply no earlier than a reasonable period after notice.

16. Governing law, disputes and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rules that apply to you based on your habitual residence (in particular EU consumer protection law). Disputes with consumers resident in the EU may also be resolved out of court; the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Complaints and enquiries may be sent to hello@ringsflow.com.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@ringsflow.com or by post to the operator's address shown at the beginning of this document.
